This is my first dry fast, I'm 7 days in and have been having having frequent diarrhea since yesterday. About 3 or 4 times yesterday and as soon as I woke up today. Just wanted to see if this is normal? I'm usually cleaned out by 3 days on an extended water fast.

I’m surprised that anyone can go 7 days on their first attempt. How’s your heart rate? How’s your blood pressure? I’ve had a bowel movement about every 2 or 3 days on dry fast. I’m guessing it’s different for everyone.
