The hunger in the morning was strongest and may be the reason I woke up and couldn’t go back to sleep. Got 3.5-4 hours on rem sleep. I just hit 48 hours and plan to continue for now. Would like to do 72 hours and then see how I feel about continuing. My first time doing this so any suggestions welcome. I’m using snake juice and green tea. I have a few multivitamins I take too. Going to buy unsweetened pickles and maybe eat one or two a day.
I’ve definitely found I sleep less while fasting. It’s been a common theme around here. I’ve heard that this can help.
