No. Too much oxalic acid. V.high risk of developing kidney stones. Oxalobacter formigenes degrades it, but that’s not always perfect in one’s GI tract, so that can lead to even bigger problems like this. 50g is acceptable, not every day, sub with other low oxalate nuts. You are fortunate.. I stumbled here.
