you are probably thinking about “food combining” and isnt really supoorted by scientific evidence, not to say that there isnt some thing going on but this site explains it pretty well.

Depends on your goal, if you’re having a balanced diet, your main concern would be the fat content and/or high amount of calories. Just count calories or grams of fat. Or you may be concerned since you hear some people with loose bowel movements, that’s due to the high fat content, too.
If you’re on keto though, that meal is probably all you will be eating every day at every meal, and with a side of veggies I guess.
Depending on the meat and type of cheese that’s going to be a lot of saturated fat. Not a great combination to have frequently.Obviously a bit of fsttier meat and cheese here and there in moderate portions is fine but for main meals you want to focus on lean proteins, unsaturated fats like olive oil, almonds and salmon and complex unrefined carbs with fruit and veg. Moderation is key.
