Will I get to much mercury if I eat like 10 cans a of tuna per week.
I can eat 4-5 cans in one sitting after fasting.
Try having other fresh or frozen fish instead of canned tuna, ie whitefish, trout, salmon. As people said, tuna has mercury and it being canned is less healthy because of the preservatives in it. I love some canned tuna myself but in moderation.
