I’m trying to do this because i’m not sure if I can straight up dry fast for 7 days without a break.
It´s adviced against going from water to dry but not the other way around. The reason is simply because you are making it a lot harder on yourself. Water fasting with vitamins isn´t really water fasting btw. As soon as you add something extra the effect changes more or less on a molecular level.
You won´t really get the benefits from doing a 7 day fast this way so why not make it like 2 days dry per week for a month instead? Or if you really want to do a prolonged one then 3-5 days could also give good results, if that´s what you´re able to do.
