It’s fine. For short fasts (less than 3 days) you can break it with whatever meets your dietary and caloric goals. And for daily fasts, there’s usually no issues with what you can break it with.
So unless it gives you an upset stomach, and it meets your goals, carbs are fine.
As long as it’s only that macronutrient. Breaking a fast with a burger or something will cause your body to store up a lot of calories. I sometimes break a fast with a couple of rice cakes, then eat a full meal an hour or two later
