16:8 is only skipping breakfast really, it’s fine. Use it as the calorie saving tool that it is, and enjoy how easy weight loss is when you only have two meals a day. There’s no magic with IF but it’s very cool
It’s ok to fast every day, don’t worry. If you eat enough food and get your nutrients, it doesn’t matter how long you fast.
