Is it okay to data everyday?

So I’m new to intermittent fasting and was wondering if it’s safe to do everyday? I’ve been doing 16/8 for about three days and already sss lots of progress( physical: inch losses, skin issues,etc) and energy differences I was just wondering if it’s okay to fast everyday cuz I feel great

16:8 is only skipping breakfast really, it’s fine. Use it as the calorie saving tool that it is, and enjoy how easy weight loss is when you only have two meals a day. There’s no magic with IF but it’s very cool

It’s ok to fast every day, don’t worry. If you eat enough food and get your nutrients, it doesn’t matter how long you fast.
