Talk to your dentist/doctor. They know what kind of anesthesia / pain killers you’ll be getting, they need to know if you haven’t eaten anything over a period of time.
Personally when it comes to immediate healthcare / medication / surgeries etc I’m not messing around. Fasting can wait until you’ve recovered
I would not fast up until the date of the extractions. Eat lightly the day before and day of. You really don’t want your blood sugar levels all weird during the procedure. Go ahead and start fasting again the day after the surgery. A couple of pounds is not worth the risk of an adverse reaction.
