I do 2-10 because my partner gets off work late and we tend to eat dinner around 8 and if I want to have wine or something I like to factor that in just in case. But is it TOO late?
It is possible that is late if you want weight loss, but not totally unreasonable. There is research out there regarding circadian rhythms and fasting that suggest the most effective times to break the fast is between 8 to 6. But I get it bc 6 is so early for most. If your body feels good at 2-11 then keep it up!
