I take a glass of Milk at 8am at home and I take a cup of coffee at 10am and another at 4pm in the office.

I have my dinner at 9pm (Means no other food before or after dinner )

1 Meal in 24 Hrs Plus a glass of Milk and 2 cups of coffee..

Answer

Milk will break your fast.

As said in this thread, if you’re new I wouldn’t start with OMAD. You’re setting yourself for failure by not easing into fasting.

Begin with a 16 hour fast and see where that takes you.

Answer

Typically milk would break the fast. Most people would stick to black coffee and that doesn’t break the fast but adding milk or sugar into the coffee would break it. An entire glass of milk would definitely break the fast.

Answer

Its not alcohol addiction that you would relapse.

If the urge is very strong dont useup all ur willpower in resisting it.

Cofee etc is okay but try to lower the quantity & eventually stopping it.
