Curious.
I did daily dry fasts pretty often a few months ago, & realised that my water retention got worst. When I did hydrate, my body held on to every single drop of water, & I did not like that one bit. Now I’m trying to find a balance with water fasting & dry fasting amd avoid the water retention
I’ve read that extended fasting… So lore than 16 hours should not be everyday, but every other day as fasting should shock your system if you do it everyday your body gets used to it and the reaction to it.
