Super restrictive diets have an issue of causing micronutrient deficiencies. In this, you’re lacking sources of: vitamins K, C, B1, B3, B5, B9 and B12, as well as chloride, iron, zinc, iodine, sodium and selenium. Also it’s really low fiber.
Add in seafood, leafy vegetables, legumes, and meat and you’ll hit most of them. For a lot of stuff you need a super minute amount, and most people get it through random things they eat throughout the week/month. The issue with eating from a small list of foods is that any nutrient gaps aren’t filled in.
