I’m reading and hearing mixed things about fasting and metabolism. Some say it slows your metabolism down and you’ll just gain back all the weight that you lost in the fast even if you just eat normally …. some say it speeds it up
So what’s the truth, does it slow your metabolism down? If so, then does that mean it’s possible for your body to adjust to fasting therefore you stop losing weight from it?
If you don’t stop fasting then of course you’ll keep losing weight, how do you think people die of hunger? Lol every time you breath, you release carbon dioxide that used to be a part of you. Eventually you run out of energy and mass and you die
