Hello! This is my first time fasting, and I’ve just started yesterday– the thing is, I want to break my fasting with a good protein diet today, specifically with 2 hard-boiled eggs only for 3 meals today, then start fasting again tomorrow. Is my plan healthy or am I doing it wrong?
I think 24 hours isn’t long enough to cause any digestive distress. This is just my own personal experience, but nothing I have ever eaten after a 24 hour fast has caused problems. It is around 72 hours where I try to be more careful.
Eggs should be fine! Just see how you feel.
