So I started fasting Jan 21-23rd I’m unsure as to the exact date, but it was last month. I weighed in at 310 the starting day, ended my first fast at day 7, ate for two days, and continued fasting Mon-Fri while eating one meal between 6-7PM sat-sun, and the results are amazing. I’m down to 274, and I feel great. I recently purchased equipment for a home gym, and would very much love to start working out Mon-Fri while fasting. Which brings me to the title of my post, I’d like to take 3 supplements, but I’m unsure as to how my body react, much importantly that they don’t break ketosis. The three supplements are Creatine (100%) around 2.5 Grams, Gensing supplements 1000mg, and a type of testosterone booster orally (pill form) the only thing I’m sure of is that creatine is safe while in keto, unsure of the other two. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Why?
I did carnivore and only took whey isolate protein powder if I couldnt hit my protein macros without it. I put on i estimate 20 lbs of muscle in 5 months doing starting strength barbell training.
