Is it safe to do 5 day dry fast with 3 days to refeed back to back until i reach my goal weight?

Let me know please. Also can i just rehydrate on those days instead of refeeding?

Yes, it is definitely safe. Though hopefully you have some fasts under your belt as it is easier to plan to do that kind of thing versus the follow through. If you don’t want to refeed during the rehydration period, I’d recommend coconut water or juicing. Otherwise, fruits are a good refeed food. Anything over 70% water is a good basis as it will help hydrate your body. Good luck!
