Thinking of doing away with electrolytes since it’s a short fast but will still take salt
Depends on your body fat stores and your own personal health history. If you have stores to use and no underlying conditions, it should be fine. Only thing I would say is if you reach a healthy goal weight, make sure you’re making up for the lost calories and nutrients in your meals otherwise outside the fast
