I don’t take any supplements besides vitamin c
Love it… some times I extend the 3-day fast to 5 or 9 days…. take a week break and repeat.
I do rope access work (53 and 1.76m), which is very energy-demanding, but I don’t feel any lack of energy even on a 9-day extended fast. I was 102 kg, and now I am 75.8 aiming for 75 kg…;)… getting there bit by bit.
Work up to it if you don’t have any experience fasting.
Don’t tell people you’re doing it until you’re use to your schedule.
Be confident knowing that even a small person has about 40,000 calories in storage just waiting for use.
