Is it safe to go into a 30-40 Waterfast, after 11Days of Dryfasting wich is my current goal

I try to heal from or at least improve several diseases, it happened all after stopping Psycho “Medications” things like:

PSSD - https://pssdcanada.squarespace.com/new-page for more infos about PSSD you can take ca look into /pssd

Insomina

Leaky gut

Tinnitus

Chronic fatigue

Probably Sibo (not 100% sure)

I took “Medications” for a long time, all the symptoms appeared after tapering them off, these were the meds ive tooked for several years:

Effexor(SNRI)

Tavor/Lorazepam/Ativan(Benzodiazepine)

Opipramol(Trizyklic Antidepressant)

I never had those Problems before i took and tapered off the “Medications”

So im trying to improve my condition with fasting, does anyone think it could help me with my problems?

I wouldn’t recommend such an extreme fast without medical supervision. You would need to have blood panels taken, have your blood pressure monitored, and watch your blood sugar levels. Probably other things as well. If your sodium and potassium levels get too unbalanced, your body would literally shut down and you’d die.

You also don’t seem overweight enough to undertake such a fast. I’d be concerned you wouldn’t have sufficient vitamin and mineral stores.

I really think this will end up with you in the hospital or worse.

I followed a girl on youtube who was around your height and weight who did a 52 (I think) day water fast. She didn’t end up in the hospital, but fasting for that long absolutely wrecked her. She did it years ago. She was relatively healthy back then, and ever since, she’s struggled with mental and physical health issues.

I’d recommend shorter duration fasts done more frequently rather than one massive fast. It may take longer to find your fasting sweet spot, but that’s a safer way to do it.

If I were you I would do more dry fasting instead of the extremely prolonged water fast.

Edit: I believe these kind of diseases (like post finasteride syndrome) could be due to issues with the androgen receptor (whose function seems to be affected by osmolytes, molecules that are helpful during dehydrating conditions) and oxytocin deficit which might be helped by dry fasting.

What’s your experience on water fasting? I was a 3 year water fasting person for 3 years before taking on dry fasting. I reverse many issues on water fasting alone, and my record is 40 days and 12 hours on water fast alone. In fact there is no need to go extreme as I did and I do not recommend what you are asking.
