It’s all about what you have been doing. If you have been working out, you can continue to do so. You will have to decrease some intensity as already has been mentioned. If you haven’t been working out, I would keep it very mild, but I still support some physical activity. It is beneficial in so many ways. But it is easy to overdo it, especially if you are new to fasting.

I’ll be honest, Enright was great, but I exercised hard everyday and didn’t get my electrolytes right. So my 7 day fast turned into 4.5 days.
Right now, working out is the priority (over longer fasts), so I’m sticking to ADF, alternate day fasting, and wait to do a long fast for when I’m willing to do lighter exercise.
