Is Java Burn Legit?

Hey all, looking into a way to enhance weight loss while doing IF. Had this recommended to me however, I cannot find a site that has reviewed it that doesn’t sound like they were paid to.

I’d appreciate some investigation help on the product.

Thanks!

Edit: Thanks all for the advice. I plan on leaving the snake oils alone!

Answer

No. None of these products can work at all, as if they worked, the energy being released from fat has to go somewhere. There’s no safe outlet for hundreds of extra calories a day to go (eg that one drug that breaks the proton gradient in mitochondria, which causes the excess energy to turn into heat which can easily kill you). And if it helps you burn an extra <100 calories a day, what’s the point?

And if there was a natural, safe, effective supplement to increase weight loss, I’m not sure this is where we’d be hearing about it.

Look at the ingredients, a few vitamins, green tea, coffee, etc. It’s nothing.

Answer

Just looking at their website should be enough to tell you it’s snake oil. It reads exactly like the gimmick marketing ploy handbook. Long single page to maximize SEO, FOMO limited time offer/supply, absurd discounted price, etc.

Answer

If you want lose weight faster then do more cardio exercise and/or eat a little less

There are no magic supplements, pills etc.(that’s not technically true, but they are illegal and you dont need them)
