Hey all, just wondering if mint breath spray is fine to use during a fast? I brush twice a day, this is mainly for when I’m at work or on the go.
I’m guessing it would be okay as long as it’s sugar free and alcohol free?
Can’t imagine why it’d be a problem, unless you try drink it or something lol. Everyone’s body is different though and you’d be surprised on how it reacts to any substance. When in doubt, use a glucose/ketone meter to measure any impact it has on your body.
