So I was making salad for my family and I absent mindedly ate about 2 teaspoon fulls of the salad. So is my fast broken or can I go on?
I was reading a study (sorry it was awhile ago) that claimed extreme calorie restriction of 200 cals or less gave almost the same benefits of fasting. Not sure if another study has or will refute that. But honestly- I would consider that breaking the fast and file it under an extreme calorie restriction day. Sometimes when I fast I will do a 2 day fast, an extreme calorie restriction day and back to another day or two of fasting.
