I’m no expert, but I read a lot. So feel free to ignore this… but I see a few problems with this approach 1. Lack of variety in your foods will not provide you with enough vitamins/minerals and other essentials. Therefore you will likely become deffecient in many areas and could lead to problems 2. This approach will slow your metabolism down, and could actually make it harder to lose weight. 3. By not getting any protein in till dinner time, your muscles will breakdown during your active job and you will likely lose most of the muscle mass you have.

  1. When you “sneak” your snacks in you are adding calories and likely not creating a calorie deficit which is essential to weight loss.Good luck, it’s definitely difficult when the kiddos are in the picture. I remember those times too.
