Answer

In the case of salmon, wild salmon contains more potassium and selenium—but farmed salmon contains more folate and vitamin A. In trout, wild fish have more calcium and iron—but farmed trout have more vitamin A and selenium.

Overall, the vitamin and mineral content is comparable between wild and farmed fish.

Answer

It is indeed.

Fish is a superfood. It contains high amounts of Omega 3 (and is the best source of it), B Vitamins & B12, Zinc, Selenium, Vit A and other minerals.

Farmed fish is garbage. The mercury concerns are definitely overstated, especially when it comes to the low variety types anyway (sardines, salmon, hake, etc) and the fact that selenium itself detoxes any excess in the body (fiber/vegetables also bind and remove it).
