Answer

I found an informative page for the use of Borax that includes dosage. Many other websites list Borax as an irritant so use with caution!

Interestingly it is also an anti-parasitic.

Does cole even still recommend it? I saw he has a totally new channel and I can’t find any recent posts about snake juice within 2 years from him. I guess if it aint broke don’t fix it but it would be nice to see if he still thinks snake juice is the best way to go with fasting.

Answer

The most recent recipe I snagged is for 2 liters of water:

Potassium chloride 1 tsp

Sodium chloride (Himalayan salt) 1/2 tsp

Sodium bicarb (baking soda) 1 tsp

Magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt) 1/2 tsp

I have never added Borax to mine and don’t know what the ratio would be.
