I’m new to the Snake Diet and have been down 10 pounds in a week, but I’m gonna try and change into the “Spam and Pickles” diet witch looks interesting as I love pickles. Just wondering if I should only have a couple pickles a day or one, or if multiple throughly day will be bad against the Diet.
I don’t think Cole has said a number or anything. Of course you have to make sure they’re not sweet pickles.
You would have to try really hard to screw it up. Like it’s not going to matter unless your intentionally gorging yourself on pickles.
