Or is it not necessary? Planning on doing a 10 day dry fast. I’ve heard that you should prepare before a fast by eliminating any waste so that the body doesn’t use any of it. Any foods to eat leading up to the fast? And what products to use to clean everything out?
I hear a lot about people just doing veggies and fruits before and after, but they do lean vegan. I would reckon any natural food would be the best. Im water fasting now though on day 5 and my last eating day was the S.A.D.
Im doing fine.
Try to eat clean - fruits and vegetables, especially fruits as they help to eliminate mucus. It also is wise to do an enema or use a colon cleanser to flush the body of waste prior to a long fast. You definitely want to do that it you’re planning to do a 10 day - it will make it much smoother and easier
I know it’s “taboo”, but I think doing a 3 day or so salt water fast before a dry fast is effective. If you want to break in between just make sure it’s with easy to digest foods then go into the dry fast. You will be in ketosis most likely at this point, and hydrated enough to push it.
