I’ve been using Happy Scale and I like it but I wish I had a section for daily notes where I could track my energy levels, fasting schedule, how I felt physically, what I did for exercise, etc.
Is there an app that allows that? I don’t specifically need tracking for my fasts themselves. I’d just like to be able to have daily notes about various things with the weight tracker.
An old fashioned journal might be good for you! Especially if you are writing about your actions and how they are making you feel..there’s something so much more genuine about sitting down and having a moment with your journal. I also use the zero app but pretty much only as a fasting stopwatch.
