you can technically live off a lot of things, doesn‘t make it healthy or sustainable long term
First of all is cost, I don‘t know where you live but around here take out döner is fast approaching 10€.
Concerning nutrition you would definitely be missing fatty acids, vitamin A, some minerals and fiber.
while you could get enough vitamin C from the cabbage, calcium from the yoghurt, B 1-6 from the bread I doubt you‘d get enough of those ingredients from normal takeout portions to meet the rda
I completely ignored added sugar and salt, which would be an issue too.
The omega 3:6 ratio in a diet like that is likely to be appalling. And you’d definitely be short some vitamins, minerals etc. And I don’t imagine there would be sufficient fibre unless your local takeaway really heaps the salad on and you eat it all. So you’d end up constipated & with an imbalance of gut flora. Also, takeaways are generally very high in salt and often sugar too.
