Is there any store bought mayonnaise that's healthy ?

They all seem to be full of vegetable oils that are probably rancid and inflammatory

Answer

Primal kitchen makes mayo and also aioli with avocado oil, which is healthy.

There are several variants, but you can look at their site and see that they have no Soy, no canola oil, none of that shit.

Answer

Rancidity is not bad for you, although some people heavily dislike the taste.

Any homemade Mayo wouldn’t be much different from the store, unless you make it with lard ir evoo, which would taste weird ir have a weird texture.

There are low calorie imitation mayo brands available. If you’re inclined to DIY, probably a bechamel, or a holandaise sauce would be best.
