I’ve never heard of it and it’s a little confusing when expressed that way, as most people express their fasting as Fasting/Eating and not Day1Fast/Day2Fast. So basically you eat dinner one day and then eat lunch the next. Then repeat over and over. Wouldn’t work for my lifestyle but anything should work if you’re strict with it and at a calorie deficit.
