I’m doing 20:4 I basically same as you but without the snack12-4pm a meal at 12 and a meal at 3:30
All whole foods , I have pork chops, tuna, chicken or frying steak.. clean carbs , loads of veg and maybe some brown pasta or rice..
Not far into it.. but I’m not really hungry while fasting.. I just down a pint of water if I do start to get hungry and it makes me feel full again! About 1500-1700 cals
I think what your doing will be fine! Especially just starting!
