Is this a good way to fast?

Hi, Im planning on doing a 18:6 hour fast

I will eat lunch at 12pm, then a snack at 2/3pm then dinner at 5pm.

I plan on eating healthy like veggies and protein.

Will I lose weight from this?

I’m doing 20:4 I basically same as you but without the snack12-4pm a meal at 12 and a meal at 3:30

All whole foods , I have pork chops, tuna, chicken or frying steak.. clean carbs , loads of veg and maybe some brown pasta or rice..

Not far into it.. but I’m not really hungry while fasting.. I just down a pint of water if I do start to get hungry and it makes me feel full again! About 1500-1700 cals

I think what your doing will be fine! Especially just starting!
