I’m not a nutritionist and I’m sure most of us on here aren’t. I’d think sodium would be the main issue. This says light in sodium I don’t know how light that is. I’m going to go out on a limb and say this is perfectly healthy.
I wouldn’t call it healthy but it’s not the worst thing you can eat. Amy’s definitely has some of the best organic canned food.
The problem with canned food is that it is “dead food”. There is no life in that food. No electric charge. There’s going to be a lack of nutrition in canned food that you would otherwise have in its fresh counterpart. I get that canned food is convenient but it should absolutely not be a staple in a healthy Whole Foods diet.
