Answer

i would say that’s a pretty solid bar! a simple way i like the think of protein ratios for foods is to asses the ratio of calories to protein. typically good protein bar options for myself i look for around a 10:1 ratio in that per 10 calories there are at least or almost 1g of protein. this bar has a 13:1 ratio which i still pretty good! and another way to look at it is if you ate ONLY these bars for a day (plz don’t), at 2000 calories a day you would be getting 154g’s of protein.the ingredients in this bar are also pretty solid! the only thing i wish it didn’t have and had in replace was the soy protein and was replaced with whey protein. the amino acid complex of soy protein is not nearly as good and lacks the muscle protein synthesis amino acid (leucine) compared to whey.soy protein is also much cheaper hope this helps :) sorry it’s a lot. i’m on a flight back hope right now and bored
