Do you mind telling us your height as well as your target weight (how many kilos you aim to lose exactly)? The more you quantify your goals, the easier it becomes to achieve them.
Here is a real motivation: Tell me who you are and how much weight you want to lose. I’ll check on you in a year and if you haven’t met your goals, When you least expect it, I’ll take tase you till you poop yourself. I’m down to sign a contract.
Yep I’m 96kg too and looking for 80kg ideally M50/H5’9”. My plan for January is no alcohol and 16:8 with some gym but not too much. My wrist tendons were still hurting from weight training I did last year so maybe I just have to accept that I’m older now and need to reduce the weights a bit. Good luck everyone!
Best of luck OP and everyone. I’m currently around the same 95/96kg. Goal this year was not to hit 100kg which I guess was successful. Now i’m joining you on the quest to reduce the 96kg down, aim is between 82kg and 86kg.
Can I ask what are your plans to hit your target this year? I haven’t fully figured mine out yet but was thinking of running, climbing and gym work (maybe swimming/cycling as well). You can do it OP. Get your plan in place, keep a track of things every month and remember muscle is heavier then fat, so even if the scales say a number you don’t like if you have done the work and are in better shape physically and mentally you have done it.
