Since starting IF my sleep has been getting worse and worse. I use to have no problems sleeping until my alarm but in the last two weeks I’ve been waking up earlier and earlier.
According to my Fitbit last night I got 6.5 hours of poor sleep. That may be enough for some but I get a little grumpy with less sleep haha.
Originally I think it was hunger that was waking me up but I don’t feel hungry right now. I usually fast from 5:30pm to 11am. I’m only on day 14 of this schedule, should I just tough it out and keep going? I’m exhausted by the time I get home from work because I’m sleeping so poorly…
I am like this most nights. I can be up at 1,3,4 am. Been like this since menopausal. No sleep aid. I do usually fall asleep after an hour or two. But it can be few minutes to. Few hours. I do not nap during the day nor do I feel sleepy. If I get 5 hours a sleep a night I count that as a good nights sleep.
