I’ve searched in the group about getting started, but still have some questions

So, right now I do get hunger PAINS if I don’t eat. Some of that is the medication I take in the morning. Like it is physically painful. However, I know from previous experience that if I can get through that period somehow, I can begin to make it to the point where those pains don’t happen anymore.

Aside from the eating windows and such that I will use once I progress to the point that is possible, what is a good way to satiate myself as I begin to taper off, if that makes sense?

Like, is there a drink aside from black coffee that would help with that? I just need something to fill the gap between my current state and the point I can begin to incorporate some fasting.

How long have you been doing IF?

Could it be your body is still getting used to it?

Took me a month to adjust to it.

I would recommend green tea and sparkling water. Non flavored

Bone broth isn’t a clean fast by the way.
