Anyone familiar with it?
I had never heard of it. So I googled it and took a look and here are my thoughts.
The workout routines are basic and kind of gimmicky but okay. If you’re going to follow her workout routines when they give the set an rep scheme, make sure as you approach the end of the reps that you were very close to failing the muscles.
Her diet is nothing fancy. It’s protein and vegetables. You may struggle with some hard carb cravings because it does lack a bit of carbohydrates. When it has salad listed, I’m going to assume that is a very basic salad with minimal salad dressing.
If you’re going to follow this diet, what I recommend also is that you know how many grams of lean meat you’re taking in a day so you can tailor it to make sure you’re getting adequate protein.
