Just Finished 7 Day Fast - Recoiping For Another

After months of half-assed and failed fasting attempts at fasting I finally decided enough is enough; whatever the price, however much I have to suffer, whatever the cost, I’ll pay it.

Started at 199lb and my lowest weight was 184.6lb.
I ended the fast at 186lb due to water retention.

The first 4 days were miserable, low motivation, low energy, had to fight to get out of bed. After that, much of my motivation and energy came back (though not all of it), I was getting into ketosis (keto rash developing), and I got back to work, the gym, and socializing.

Going forward, I’ll be doing alternate day fasting with OMAD Keto Breakfast for about 2 weeks then moving on to rolling 48s or 72s.

I just got through a 121 hour fast (5 days), felt great at that point, lost a couple of inches, but the scale NEVER moved. I’m trying to do 20:4 right but having a tough time getting the last 20-25 pounds off. Any suggestions?
