I broke my fast with watermelon and my body completely rejected it, I threw up 80% of it.
I then ate organic goat cheese, avocado, and organic free-range soft boiled eggs and my body fully accepted them and I felt fucking amazing.
Pro tip: break your fast with healthy fats not sugary fruits.

Im fasting for weight loss, health but also kickstand into ketosis and stop eating refined carbs.
I lost 12 pounds and I felt great about 5 days before I ended my fast and about 5 days after my fast. I have Hashimoto’s disease and and struggling with arthritis and weight loss. I was hoping the fast would help me with my insulin resistance and weight loss. It did but was short lived. I plan to do another fast soon.
I break a fast with food always. My last fast was 12 days, I tried the fruit juices and watermelon, but by the end of the day I was eating small portions of chicken just fine.
After a fast my body pulls a 180 and demands a ton of food, it is insane.
