Just finished a 15 hour fast

I find you have to muscle through the first couple and then it gets easier - the hunger subsides and fasting just becomes the norm. I used to fast so regularly prior to covid and have just gotten back into it recently. It still isn’t easy but so much easier than the first couple.

Stick with it and once you start to see the benefits it will get easier. Checking in with others who are fasting on here has also helped me to stay on track.
