just getting back into fasting

so i just started back fasting and have closed 80hrs this week with my longest bring 25hrs.

i want to try a 36hr fast soon and i’m just now sure how to prepare any good tips from anyone?

i’m doing this for weight loss

I try to reduce my carbs and sugar the day before. That way your not having a bunch of craving that will make it harder to not break your fast. Also make sure you have stuff to do so you stay busy as possible OR the alternative is that you can sleep all day. Point being you don’t want to just be up and bored because then it gets harder cuz you just want to eat. Goodluck!
