Just got my first delivery of grass-fed meats!

4 x 1lb of ground beef

2 x 1lb of beef stir fry (thin cut steaks)

4 x 14oz prime rib steak

I would love your best recipes and pointers on cooking these :)

I also want to avoid eating red meat everyday. I’ll add in eggs and ground turkey.

What else do you guys eat to keep a balanced diet?

People might consider trying to make sure their cow meat and other products are actually pasture grazed. Grass-fed might or might not be pasture grazed.

I also like fish every 2 or 3 days, rice, beans, potatoes, kale, spinach, arugula, endive, a bunch of other veggies, an apple, a banana, 2 eggs a day, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, celery, blueberries, strawberries, non fat milk, 12 grain bread, a bunch of other colorful veggies like bell peppers, other whole fruit esp citrus fruit, ice cream, kefir, an oz or 2 of hard cheese, pasture grazed butter… Some other misc stuff like salsa and chips… for reasonably balanced effort to get all the different nutrients I need.
