Answer

As with everything, moderation is key and each person reacts differently to foods. I love cashews and are perfectly fine to consume in moderation. But they make me bloated/inflamed. I used to be addicted to sunflower seeds and ate wayy too much of them, so i traded them out for pumpkin seeds. I eat way less and they have significantly less fat, more potassium, more fiber.

Answer

Almonds are high in Vitamin E which I find difficult to get from food. They are also decently high in Omega-6 which is very hard for me to get as well. Keep in mind though that according to everything I’ve read your omega 6 to 3 intake should be 1-1, but I believe most people eat a 20 to 1 if they are eating a lot of processed / fast food.
