Any tips? I’ve broken it everyday and can’t stay long fasting. I’m back to being constipated and nauseous since IF is what suits my body and I’ve been comfortable with it, but I don’t know why I couldn’t maintain it with my schedule.
PS: I get up at 6:30 and sleep 10-12.
I have close the the same schedule and don’t break my fast until about 12-13:30 for lunchtime. Depending how I’m feeling I’ll eat and then lift weights or the other way around after getting home from work. Works out to be about a 16-18hr fasting window each day.
