If you’re on a long fast, don’t stop! Keep going till you’re finished. I just prematurely broke a 72 and feel like the biggest loser on earth. Hunger pangs, cravings, and bad breath are nothing compared to the shitty feeling you have after a binge and feeling like you have no control. You will feel like shit either way. Fasting or not. So might aswell feel like shit while burning fat and getting healthy. I learned my lesson. Don’t make the same mistake.

Don’t be too hard on yourself.

I just broke my fast, only lasted 101.5 hours. I don’t care, I feel great, and rolling again right now!

Edit: Also, don’t try to compare yourself to Cole. He has great info, but he lives an extreme life. The Snake Diet life is how he chooses to live, but not everyone wants to live like that. He’s correct, extended fasts are great for Fataases like myself, but at the same time, this is the only life I got, and I can’t see myself living as a snake forever.

You don’t need to take a 30 day fast because he yells at you. 72 is an epic achivement! Do it again and go for 96. if you feel good, keep going till 120. You got this!!

Don’t beat yourself up. You didn’t gain that weight in one day. You won’t lose it in a day. Play the long game. You’ll win in the end.

It takes time and practice to figure this stuff out. One thing I would suggest is that you have your break fast meal ready at all times. This way you can at least eat something healthy and not binge. Keep your first meal small so you don’t give yourself the runs!
