Hi - I am looking for any reputable information about the ketogenic diet & its impact on adrenals.
I’d be extremely grateful for any reputable articles/websites that discuss this, I’m searching myself but not coming across anything hugely persuasive yet, but I know from personal experience that they are heavily linked.

I vaguely remember someone talking about potassium and magnesium deficiencies while on a kito diet corresponding to this, not sure if you already went down that rabbit hole or not but I figured I would bring it up.
