Kidney stones from dry fasting

Hey guess I have developed kidney stones from dry fasting and not doing baking soda. Any ideas on how to help. Should I drink lots of water

Answer

Citrates help dissolve oxalate and urate. Citric acid, sodium citrate, and potassium citrate all work. If you take potassium citrate just make sure you go easy and don’t overdose and kill yourself. Magnesium citrate will also work but it is much more likely to have a laxative effect.
